2019: Sean and I met at the end of October 2019 thanks to a mutual friend who introduced us at a Zac Brown Band concert. We grabbed lunch the next week to get to know each other and totally hit it off! In true Sean fashion, he called me the following week to ask if he could take me on a real date to Mi Cocina (he figured out the way to my heart pretty quickly). A few weeks later, we officially became boyfriend and girlfriend!!!

Our relationship really took off in 2020 as COVID hit, and we got to experience all the craziness of quarantine together. We spent the year playing lots of board games with his family, swimming at my house with my parents, celebrating delayed proms and graduations, and making WAY too many ice cream runs (because honestly, what else were we supposed to do?).

I joined Sean in Arkansas in the Fall, and the fun of college began together! GO HOGS!!!

More football games, sorority/ fraternity functions (Even in Nashville), and dates in the library together than I can count!

We buckled down for our last year of college together. Between internships, trips, and figuring out what “adult life” might look like, this year was all about navigating the next chapter side by side.(all while keeping the FUN up).

Sean graduated from college in the spring of 2024! We also officially began the adventure of long distance as Sean moved back to Dallas to start work while I finished my senior year at Arkansas. We learned how to really soak up our time together while also keeping our feet planted in our own seasons of life.

The BIG year of engagement. After an AWESOME six years of dating, Sean proposed on Main Street in Grapevine, followed by the best afterparty celebrating with all our favorite people.

Sean and I have spent most of this year hopping on planes back and forth while navigating his Lockheed Martin rotation in Florida. We are SO excited to finally be back in the same state starting in July — and most importantly… NEW YEAR’S EVE!!!!!!!
